Burdens Made Light LLC exists to help families make sense of aging, cognitive change, and caregiving without fear, panic, or guesswork. Through our programs Memory Matters and Caregivers Matter, we provide thoughtful assessments, proactive brain health support, and compassionate caregiver guidance so families can make informed decisions and feel supported every step of the way.

Brain Wellness Coaching

Through Memory Matters, we provide structured brain wellness coaching for individuals in early cognitive change, independent living, or assisted living.
Our coaching focuses on:
- Meaningful cognitive stimulation (not busywork)
- Adaptive strategies that use remaining strengths
- Brain-healthy routines that feel natural and respectful
- Ongoing guidance as needs evolve
